5 Tips to Boost Your Immunity during the Holidays

December is coming and so are the preparations for different parties and events during the holiday season which can stress us out easily. That is why I always got some reminders to boost my immunity and keep me stress-free so as not to miss any of the reunions and catching ups. Here are my 5 tips:

1) Get enough sleep. More than anything else and very affordable to do, get enough sleep as much as you can. Yes, we may have long nights sometimes but get back to the regular hours of sleep on the succeeding nights after.

2) Drink lots of water. Hydrate as often as you can during this hectic season to keep us up in the game during events. Plus it is the number trick to keep us full with zero calorie!

3) Take Fern-C daily. Fern-C is an immune-system booster and a potent anti-oxidant which has sodium ascorbate, instead of ascorbic acid. It is good to note that the advantage of sodium ascorbate is that it is non-acidic and more soluble, which makes it more reactive in building connective tissues and anti-body structures that kill viruses and bacteria.

 4) Squeeze in some exercise. If you don’t have time to hit the gym, then do some quick at-home exercise. Endorphins after helps us to be merry!

5) Eat healthy. Yeah, I know it is hard to say no to the holiday fiesta at our tables but you can schedule a cheat day once a week and do some alternatives to make the food at home healthier.

So what are you waiting for? Try my 5 tips and get Fern-C  (follow their social media accounts: facebook,  twitter,  instagram ) to have a stress-free and merry Christmas!
