Why I would never buy at TCAT.COM.PH again

I ordered a product on this online store called TCAT last July 15 expecting to receive it on or before Friday. I have never tried this online store but I thought I should give it a shot. Called their hotlines to make sure the product arrives on time and continued to wait and cross my finger that it will arrive on Friday.

Here comes Friday, very disappointed with the delivery man. He then sent me a message asking where my building in BGC is located. I replied late because I was in a meeting. He then replied after my text that he is in Pasay already and that he will deliver it on Monday, saying he waited 20 minutes. My question is if he planned for me to go down from my office building to meet him, he should've informed me but he did not, he just said he was on his way and asked for the street where my building is. If he really waited for 20minutes, would he not try to missed call or anything aside from text? See, I would've been patient with this if I did not really need to use this product this weekend. But I need it so I am kind of disappointed. Unlike other deliveries from other online stores (believe me when I tell you, I’ve tried many online stores already), the delivery person informs me ahead if he will wait outside the building or deliver it in the office itself. That was pretty discouraging since I paid 55 for delivery not knowing that it would be less hassle and faster to get the product myself in their Makati branch than rely on your delivery system.

But this is the way it goes. Customer is not always right but a loophole in a system makes good customers become an a**.What a shame. I should've picked it up myself and avoid being disappointed.
